    When baking biscuits a coworker adds yeast to the formula in addition to baking powder. What should you do. Explain

    It is odd that your coworker adds yeast.  I would think that would drastically change the biscuit's consistency.  Baking powder and salt provide all the airiness you need for good biscuits.  Some quick tips: Use real butter, don't overmix, and don't use too much flour while rolling out you biscuits.  Enjoy.
