What do you prefer for a refreshment - tea, coffee or soft drinks?
I prefer either coffee or tea, but if im really thirsty i love a can of ice cold coke . x
i always keep a great stock of Teavana teas, but it entirely depends on what my mood is. As of late, i find myself going for Dr. Pepper quite a bit with meals.
I prefer mountain dew, but my kidneys are paying for it. Should have stuck with plain water.
I prefer tea or water, usually. (I know, I'm weird - I actually like water.) I don't really like sugar so I can't drink a lot of soda and I hate what soda and coffee does to your body so it slightly disgusts me to drink either...although that doesn't mean I never drink either. haha
A cigarette. It certainly wakes me up. Besides that, probably coffee.
I love tea and coffee... i prefer to have one cup of coffe in the morning, then i take 2-3 cups of tea during my day
I would have to say tea and water. Especially the flavored water with no calories and carbohydrates.
I would say Matcha green tea. Specially Aiya matcha green tea. Try it and you will love it.

If carbonated soft drinks are really bad for the health, then why governments don’t ban them? The print and electronic media is full of reports, studies which highlight that how soft drinks can influence a person’s health. So why not stop their production? Isn't prevention better than cure?

High fructose corn syrup doesn't taste nearly as good as sugar, and the consensus among nutritionists is that it is also much worse for us. Considering these facts, why are virtually all soft drinks (except the diet ones) sweetened with high fructose corn syrup, rather than sugar?I've heard people...
