What does a "juice diet" consist of as far as the ingredients?
A friend is working on a juice diet where she uses a juicing machine and multiple veggies and fruits. What are the best ingredients for this?
combo one: carrots, apples, celery, ginger
combo two: spinach/kale, celery, lime, ginger
The inclusion of apples and lime takes away the edge of rawness from the greens and carrots while delivering a simply delicious cocktail

You tell me that carrot juice is good for me because they contain vitamins A,D,E,and K. However,...these are fat-soluable vitamins and therefore of no value to me because carrots are so low in fat. Am I right?
