Eating a high fiber cereal will help you have more energy, improve regularity, lose weight and just generally feel better. You are what you eat, and there is increasing evidence that a diet that includes lots of fiber can improve longevity too. Want to live longer? Have a bowl of cereal with 6 or 7 grams of fiber per serving every morning.  It's an easy way to look and feel better.

Fruits and vegetables are the best sources of fiber, but most people don't get enough of them every day. Fiber cereal is a convenient way to make up for the lack of sufficient servings of fruits and vegetables.

If you don’t eat fiber, you don’t fart.
If you don’t fart, you don’t shit.
If you don’t shit, you die.

Fiber cereal tastes great too, but TBH, you could say the same about meat. In fact I did, plus a lotta other helpful stuff, here: … priorities
honest, ytsenoh. Would I lie to you?
