Time to make Sunday dinner, I'm cooking up a vegetarian stew, how about you?
Roast lamb shanks, cauli and brocolli florettes, carrots and roast potatoes.
I'm a carnivore. I would probably take your veggie stew and add a couple pounds of diced and seared chuck roast and a cup or two of beef/chicken stock.
I always think of the old Fosters beer commercial showing a small piece of parsley on a huge steak and calling it "salad".
Happy and healthy eating.
vegetarian stew, not likely. tonight were bar-b-qing burgers, hash browns and a salad on the side

Does anyone make Sunday dinner anymore? When I grew up, if I went to my Grandma's on Sunday, I could expect a feast. I don't hear of people having Sunday dinners anymore. Do you know of any families who have Sunday dinners consistently?
