   Anyone having anything good to eat tonight?
   I am having stuffed peppers with rice, sauce and sausage my sister made - looks yummy. With that a nice big salad and some italian bread.

   I can't decide. I have defrosted chicken breast but I don't know what to do with it. I may just go for the frozen chicken nuggets I have and save the chicken breast for tomorrow
   
   Either way, I'll have sweet potato fries with it...yum.
   
   Or, I may just have a salad since it is so hot here...yay, summer weather at last!

   Smoked brisket with horseredish sauce, mescalun salad with heirloom tomatoes, roasted new potatoes with chive butter, New Belgium Brewing Company's 1554 Ale.

    Sunday being family day, we've made fresh chicken stock and filled it with freshly made won tons (yeah, the recipe's here somewhere...) and for dessert, a fresh and cool summer fruit salad.  (with hint of mint ice cream on the side)
