What do shuritaki noodles taste like?
Do you like them? Any ideas for good ways to prepare them would also be welcome.
Shirataki noodles are a little chewy, but they are good at absorbing the flavor of any sauce you put on them. I used them with a low-fat alfredo sauce and they were a nice alternative to pasta. You can try tossing them with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, a little sugar, and sesame seed oil and whatever vegetables you have handy (broccoli would be good).
