I have lots - fried turkey, smoked turkey, Southern cornbread dressing, smoked ham, no-bake pumpkin-cheesecake pie. You should be able to find hundreds on the internet. Happy hunting!
For quick and easy preparation, do the baked turkey, barbecued turkey or roasted turkey. :-)
You can check out foodnetwork.com for more recipes.
Thanksgiving is already passed, for me, but I always cook up a ham instead of a turkey. I buy a good sized smoked ham, and pop it into my crockpot for 6 hours on low. I baste it in a thick sauce made of brown sugar and prepared mustard (amounts adjusted to taste). Then, I make steamed baby carrots with brown sugar and butter, and some mashed potatoes with either sour cream or mayonnaise in them (with garlic, salt, pepper and dill) instead of the milk or butter.
Dessert is whatever pie we buy from Costco, though
Last year was the first year i made or introduced cranberry sauce to a thanskgiving me. it was delicious and so so easy to make!
