How do you cook your turkey during the holidays?
If you cook a turkey for the holidays, do you roast, fry, bake, fricasse, or bar-be-que your turkey? Any recipes to share?
I'm a bit lazy about it, so I take the turkey out of the freezer (no defrosting) and put it into a 425 degree oven, breast down, until it is falling off of the bone. The turkey comes out very moist and is about as easy as possible!

What's your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink to sip during the holidays?I think peppermint tea or a chai latte spiked with a good whiskey or rum would be great for me. Or just sipping the tea and latte without the alcohol is perfectly fine. .
