What easy dessert recipe can you suggest (specifically something that doesn't require baking)?

Maybe something that only needs to be put in the refrigerator...

mixing philadelphia into strawberries and placing atop meringue nests. You want to make sure the philadelphia turns a pink colour from the strawberries, and sugar a little to sweeten. 5 minutes and very tasty!

You can make as many nests as you require smile

I have a hub for Dark Chocolate Bark With Carmelized Nuts and Pink Salt. If you want to make it even easier, skip carmelizing the nuts and use raw nuts. It's so satisfying and full of antioxidants, too!

Buy a container of cool whip and a graham cracker crust, the kind already in the pan.  Add one 6 to 8 oz container of flavored yogurt to the cool whip and mix together thoroughly and then add to the graham cracker crust. Put in fridge to set up and yo have an wonderful cheesecake/pie/creamy dessert.  We used to do this one all the time.  Oh I feel a hub coming on.....

You can add some shaved choc. or choc. chips to the top and it is great.

Also there is nothing better than a pan of brownies (purchased from a bakery if need be), then serve each guest a nice size brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It is wonderful.

The simplest dessert recipe I can come up with is to mix 1 can of sweetened condensed milk with 1 large carton of whipping cream. Mix well. Then add a drained can of your preferred fruit (or better yet mixed fruit) to it. Refrigerate so its well chilled before serving.
