    1) Apple: Contain phytonutrients and dietary fiber
    2) Apricot: Contain fiber, vitamins A, C, and iron
    3) Mango: Contain phytonutrients, Vitamins A, C, and E, as well as Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids
    4) Cherry: Contain high levels of antioxidants, beta-carotene, folic acid and fiber
    5) Fig: High in iron, folic acid, and potassium
    6) Papaya: Contain antioxidants
    7) Blueberry: Very high in antioxidants, and Vitamins A,E, and B
    8) Raisin: Cholesterol-free, low-sodium, high-fiber, and fat-free
    9) Black Currants: Low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium, and fat-free and high in fiber
    10) Plum (Prune): Contain vitamins, and regulate digestive system
    11) Pear: Contain Vitamin C and copper, as well as dietary fiber
    12) Tomato (believe it or not, it's a fruit!): Has cancer-reducing properties, Vitamin C and copper, as well as lycopene

    I hope that is helpful to you! I'm hoping you mean dried fruit, rather than the freeze-dried kind, because I am not sure about those.

    Mangos, bananas and apples to name a few. I prefer fresh fruit though.

    Kathryn sure has a complete overview, but I am going with the majority here: fresh fruit is the tastiest!

    I would like dried fruit a lot more, if I could consistently find it without sulfur used in the process--but that is hard to find!

    Raisins are yummy, though, as are cranberries.

    Apricots, peaches, mangoes, i think. kiwi is also good dehydrated, but it has weird after taste. Apricots dehydrated is like eating candy, peaches and apples give you energy.
