Do you like my dinner menu?

Am not at all a chef, love the kitchen but not the heat, so my skills as a cook may not be as outstanding as yours.

Tell me what you think of my dinner preparation while on my vacation?  I have attached 3 photos.  It was Stew chicken with dumpling and lettuce on the side.

Oh my! The lettuce looks surprisingly green!!!! smile I am not a particular fan of stews, or chicken or dumplings but I like the way you fused the 3 photographs in one image.

@twigg22bend to prepare Brown Stew Chicken you will need:
Onion, skellion, thyme, tomato, garlic, sweet and hot pepper and some powdered seasoning if you like.
Wash and cut chicken in portions and rub in the seasoning.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes to marinate.
Heat frying pan with oil, and burn a peg of garlic in
the oil before placing chicken in the oil.
Brown chicken for 5-8 minute on each side.
Do not let the chicken fry.
After you have brown the chicken, get a clean pot pour a little oil in it.
When it is hot add all the seasoning you used on the chicken,
stir and then add the chicken.
Add some water, enough to cook the chicken.
Allow to cook for 8-10 minutes or until gravy is formed.
I recommend that you add some diced Irish potato to give you a rich gravy.

For the dumplings all you need is some all purpose flour knead into a dough and cook for 15 minutes.

Quite simple and dinner is serve.
