What kind of a difference does eating Paleo make in how you feel?
Can you tell the difference in how you feel from eating Paleo? Do you think it's worth the change and extra effort?
Honestly I have read and researched about this diet and recommend unless you are working with a certified nutritionist it is not a good idea. The health benefits for cutting out certain foods from our diets can be helpful in some cases but cutting out entire food groups without looking at the long term individual health risks or benefits may be dangerous.
