I only like to have one or two glasses. I cork the leftover wine and put it in the fridge, but the next day, it tastes awful!
A couple of ideas for getting another 1-2 days. One option is to transfer the unused portion to a smaller bottle (less headspace). Temp is probably changing the taste. Cold will bring out acid & alcohol. Red = 60-65 White = 50-55. Warm it a litt
