For beef jerky done in the dehydrator do I use instacure 1 or instacure 2.
The dehydrator is rapid cure in terms of only taking about six hours. On the other hand it is not cooked. So do I use one or two?

I dried my jerky too long and it is not moist and flexible. what can I do?I have my own recipe and a food dehydrator, but when the 7 hours required time was up, the jerky was too dry..please help...
