What are examples of solid foods to feed a one year old? I can't get my son to eat!
I have a 15 month old, and she will eat anything! We started solid food out with using a cereal like cheerios but soaked them in a bit of milk so they are a little soggy. Things like that might help him transition.
Avacado is a good option, because it can be a solid and not at the same time haha. But beware, your child could be allergic!!! So take caution when using this approach.
Mashed potatoes are a good approach as well. Soft, but still a solid. Mushed up peas..
They WANT to eat what you're eating. Put chopped up pieces of meat, vegetables and fruit you're eating in reach of him and he'll eat it.
