Would anyone be interested in learning how to cook the authentic Russian borsh? I can even videotape it or take step-by-step pictures. The idea was born after I had a chance to eat what was called "borsh" in one of the Californian restaurants:). What do you think? Just for fun, no business, no selling-buying etc.
