What kind of cocktails do you prefer? Sweet or Sour? Maybe a mix of both (a la Sweet and Sour mix)? Mine is a Woo Woo, Cranberry juice sweet with a squeeze of lime wedge for a hint of sour, beautiful! Now your turn..
Mostly I like dry wine, but Chianti tastes too sour to me. I enjoy white wine as long as it's is not super sweet or super citrus-tasting - neither sweet nor sour. My most commonly ordered cocktail, however, is rum and Coke, so at least in that regard I have a preference for sweet.
try squeezing a wedge of lime into that rum and coke, it does wonderful thing with the rum!
I like sweet like the Washington Apple and Strawberry Daiquiri.
Mix it up...sweet and sour! It's like having naughty AND nice.
I actually don't have a favorite cocktail, and actually I do sweet, or sour or both, it depends. Yesterday I made a smoothie from bananas, peaches, heavy cream, pina colada mix, honey and bacardi rum....can you say AWESOME!!!!!!
nice mix imatellmuva, that DOES sound awesome, might do myself some smoothies.. Oh wait, I'm going to work now. Oh and I have no blender.

How do you make sweet and sour sauce?I love that sauce that you get with sweet and sour chicken from Chinese restaurants. I like to dip everything in it - but I don't want to order out every day to get that sauce. How do you make it?
