Try this receipe it is simple and my family love it especially my 4yrs son. What you need is get ready with 3 cup of rice, 500gm skinless chicken (breast part is the best as it is less fat), 100 gm carrot (dices) or you can opt for leeks or celery, 2 pc garlic (mashed), 1 pc red onion (slice), 1 pc star anise and 1 pc cinnamon and 2 tablespoon of olive oil.
First: Boil the chicken for the stock and put aside. Fry garlic, slice onion, carrot, celery or leeks, star anise, cinnamon and boiled chicken for 5 min and put together with chicken stock and rice in the cooking pot put 1 table spoon salt for taste (stir well) and leave it to cook. Make sure the stock is just nice for cooking rice. Time to cook approximtely : 45 min.
