I'm trying to taste matcha green tee.
I heard many stories about its great benefits.
However i found it very strong. Complete different from reg Japonese tea, like Sencha
May be i do something wrong with preparing.
I appreciate for any help and suggestions on how do make a really good matcha drink
Perhaps you brewed it for too long? Try putting it in water for less time. Experiment until you find out how long is right for you. It'll be worth it for the health benefits.
And don't forget that sometimes it takes us a while to become accustomed to new flavours but eventually we might really love them.
