Herbs teas are good for many things . It is good to telax and cure some diseases.
All tea has antioxidant chemicals in them, but some teas have more than others. Of course green tea is thought to be the healthiest containing a good amount of catechins and the epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) compound.
Matcha tea is a green tea, but different than green tea that is a powered form of tea and is grown from special tea leaves. Matcha tea is healthier than regular green tea. This tea is easy to make, pour hot water in bowl and mix some matcha tea in, and whisk it until it is mixed up and a froth is on top. When buying matcha tea, it is best to get ceremonial grade matcha tea.
White tea is actually the best tea to drink to boost your immune system. White tea is the least processed of all teas (black, green and white) and is a smoother tea to drink. White does not have as high a caffeine level as the other teas, which is great for those that love tea, but do not like as much caffeine.
