My favorite Greek main dish is Spanakopita (spinach pie made with phyllo dough, feta cheese and spinach).

It is very easy.  Wash well 50 gm of good rice.  Put it in a rice cooker and add sufficient quantity of water and then heat.  When one or two whistles are heard put off the flame and let the gas out.  After `1/2 an hour it will be ready for open.  Then add a teaspoon salt for taste. Make some chutney or pickles that already have you for the side dish of the gruel.  It is delicious and digestive.
    Good Luck

Difficult to point out one especially when you belong to a large country like India where food is passion.Anything spicy especialy from Andhara(South) just feels heavenly.

My latest favorite is Dan-Dan noodles. It's actually an Asian fusion dish, but it's so delicious with the sichuan peppercorns that I call it "electric" in the hub I just published about it.
