Pumpkin Pecan Souffle' (Vegan, Gluten Free)
Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Linner, Dinner or Dessert? Hmm.
You'll be making up reasons to serve this souffle'. It tastes a lot like everybody's favorite Thanksgiving dish. Thankfully, it's less work than making a pie. Just turn on the oven and break out the blender! Prep only lasts as long as it takes you to throw in the ingredients and set the oven timer. You'll have plenty of time to do chores or just enough time to watch your favorite TV show. Then you get to eat this!
You'll Need This!
This Is How We Do It!
Put it all in the blender:
1 can pumpkin 15 oz.
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup flax meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup maple flavored agave syrup
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
*Preheat oven to 325 degrees
*Grease loaf pan with olive/canola oil or no calorie non-stick spray
*Pour batter in loaf pan and sprinkle crushed pecans on top
