You that cube steaks that you have in the back of your freezer it is time to grab it so we can make some smothered steaks and don't worry there won't be to much because the crock pot will be doing all the cooking.
Crockpot Smothered Steaks‏
Ingredients
4 to 6 beef cube steaks (about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds)
all-purpose flour
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 package (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of ground smoked pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic
Methods
To begin grab out your crockpot turn it on to high settings to get it hot dd the olive oil then dust steaks lightly with flour then place in the hot crockpot.
let them cook 3 minutes on each side flip over then cook 3 minutes on that side also.Now combine mushroom soup and onion soup mix in medium bowl.
Pour over steaks add the salt, pepper and garlic mix well place the lid on the crockpot cook on low for 8 hours so the meat can get tender and juicy.
You can serve these steaks with rice or so buttered egg noodles....serve and enjoy.
