Roasted Red Pepper Soup (Vegan, Gluten Free)

Quick and easy does it with this recipe for soup. This healthful meal can be on the table in under 10 minutes. There's no chopping or saute'ing required. Just blend, heat and savor. All you need is a couple key Ingredients. Toss everything into the blender...except the kitchen sink! ;)

Just Toss Everything Into The Blender
1 roasted red pepper (jarred or roasted in olive oil at 350 degrees)
1/4 green pepper
1/4 purple onion
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon basil paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
Blend until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a dish and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
*Optional: Finish with a dollop of basil paste to make it pretty!
