   Well good afternoon to you all!  It's a Sunny Monday here in San Francisco, and I sincerely hope that all of your mornings have been full of sunshine too.  If not, then don't worry- we've got a puzzle question to bust those blues into delicious, bite-sized pieces!
   
   Here we go (and remember- I need both the country of origin and the name of the dish):
   
   This national dish is a stew of peanuts, either meat or fish, and a very bitter vegetable (leaf) that involves a complicated rinsing procedure to make the leaf palatable. Although, arguably, two countries could claim this dish, a eater of this country's dish is less likely to wash down his/her meal with Gulder.

      Yeah- you're the first to post AND get it!  It's ndole and we were referring to Cameroon, but you listed both countries of origin- nice!

         Thank you Simone. Only picked on it because of the beer Gulder- -its the only Nigerian beer I know...it's shameful...lol
