With tendinitis in his elbow, it doesn't look like he can make all the throws. I think he'll try and play, but I don't think he'll do very well.
I think he will sit out the next game if they lose to the Cowboys and his arm is still hurts. At this point there is no way he'll miss a game that is so critical unless his arm falls off. I figure they'll give him a cortisone shot if they haven't already...
Now about those texts.....
Ya, it is hard to say. Everything could be a publicity stunt with him, I'm really getting tired of ESPN and the lack of actual sports shown. All they talk about is alleged cheating, which I can care less about.
He will be struggling with it throughout the season. Hope he can play as many games this season. The team needs him.
I don't think he will be with the team much longer!!
Too slow and awkward anymore.
I think he'll bench himself. I mean with all the scandal that's now surrounding him, as well as his poor playing, it would be a smart move by him.
If the cowboys beat the vikings this weekend then Favre might as well retire now and save us the offseason to talk about other players whose name don't end in Favre.
Favre is still alive?
Isn't he 104 years old or something??!?
It appears as of now that Favre will indeed start and continue his NFL-record streak against the Cowboys. The guy has not missed a game in close to 20 years, so he's not going to give that up too easily (unless it is convenient to do so). At least now if the Vikes lose the next game or two, Favre has created a convenient excuse for himself to shut it down when the team drops essentially out of playoff contention. The elbow has also been convenient for him to keep a little bit of the focus off the Jen Sterger controversy. If the Vikes win on Sunday, the elbow pain will go away. They demolished the Cowboys in the postseason last year, so I expect them to pull out the win at this crucial time.

College Football. I'm not that pumped for this week's set of match-ups.I'll go with USC @ Cal with the only two ranked teams squaring off. USC's loss to Washington and Cals whooping by Oregon take a lot of steam out of this match-up, but I don't think you can win the PAC 10 and lose...

I think that Minnesota will upset the Cowboys. I hope Romo gets his feelings hurt.

Big surprise here. According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press, "Jenn Sterger will not agree to go on record with the NFL so long as Brett Favre satisfies her demands in a financial settlement."Very predictable. Although, I still feel sorry for Favre's wife far more than anyone else. Favre's...

I've been watching and playing American Football for most of my life and have seen many a quarterback play the game. I can honestly say that Peyton Manning is the best I've ever seen...bar none! And I'm not even a Colts fan...unfortunately I'm a Redskin fan believe it or not we do still...
