Good morning happy hubbers:) I want to edit my profile by selecting published hubs from the three drop-down menus, but those drop-downs aren't working. Where am I going wrong?
Thank you, I appreciate your time,
Kez
I want to feature a hub that is not listed on the drop down list and I can't. Any suggestions?
Does the hub have an image to feature? It could be as simple as adding or replacing a photo.
Or make sure you have scrolled through the entire list. It appears they are in alphabetical order.
Kerry, you're welcome. Hope you get it figured out.
When I click on the arrows, I get the down listings of my hubs. I am looking for hubs near the top. I can't increase or decrease the size of the listed hubs. I must be missing something.
When you open the drop down box, there is a scroll bar on the right side of the box. Use it to scroll up or down. I missed it too the first time I was searching for hubs.
When you say the dropdowns "aren't working", does that mean you aren't seeing all of your Hubs listed or are you saying the drop-down itself is not responsive?
What browser and operating system are you using (eg: Windows XP SP3 and Firefox 15.01)?
Does clearing the browser cache have any impact?
G'day Matthew, the drop-down menu isn't "clickable"...using the latest Firefox. Thanks for the response.....
Kez
Interesting - one of the drop-down menus just went "live" but I had one choice and couldn't see anymore hubs than the one now currently displayed
So it sounds like the drop down is working?
Only Hubs with suitable images will show as options to be featured.
Also, your browser is reporting Windows 7, not XP.
Are you sure you are using XP?
Oh yes, my bad, I am on a different computer than the one I usually use. You're correct. That was a little embarrassing
And thanks for the heads up on the images, I had no idea. That absolutely solves my problem.
I appreciate your assistance, Matthew.
K
In my case, some of my hubs are missing in the drop down list, and its happening in all my subdomains.
When you click on one of the directional arrows, it doesn't open up?
That is strange. You might want to move this thread to 'report a technical problem' forum. A staff member should respond. You can use the report button and choose 'wrong forum category', and click the appropriate forum.

On the new hub format, how can one put featured hubs not listed on the drop-down list?I noticed when seeking to upgrade to the new format that a choice is given for three featured hubs, each containing a drop-down list of hubs published. However, not all the hubs published are featured on the...

Why would a featured hub not show up on my drop down list of hubs to highlight? If a hub is featured, why would it not show up under my profile to put in the highlighted spot? Thank you for answering.

I haven't been here much lately because I have a 'proper' job now but just posted a new hub. I was checking my account and see more hubs no longer featured than ever before. My traffic is way down too. What has happened in my absence? I still get payments from this site so think it is the best of...

I think I know something about writing articles. I created a new hub yesterday. HubPages took 24 hours before declaring, in one of their mystery messages, that it was of sufficient quality. You know what? It was too good. I deleted it and will now easily place it elsewhere and earn with it.No...

On Sunday, I noticed that many of my hubs made the Editor's Choice list. Though I was pleased, I noticed that my views had fallen somewhat. I figured it would take a few days for views to increase since my hubs are no longer on my subdomain but on the main HP domain. However, I checked on my...
