I have written my first few hubs. Well, I would certainly like to get feedback. Any idea how long it takes to get the first few feedbacks? Thanks.
You need to get some followers, too, which you gradually get by publishing hubs and by making yourself known in the HP community through comments of your own, following other writers that you like and posting in forums.
You'll find that, unless you're in some specific categories - examples would be hubs about dogs or gardening - you won't get a lot of comments. I write more health hubs than anything else, and it's really hit or miss whether or not I get comments.
However, you can look at your hub score, and as your readers rate your hub, it will go up. Don't be concerned if it fluctuates. The hub score doesn't depend on reader ratings alone. Another feedback type is how many people rate it as "useful", "interesting", etc.
Good luck and, while comments are nice, feedback doesn't always happen, except as page views. Some of my best earning hubs don't get any feedback at all. However, they do get a lot of page views from Google.(Well, a lot in comparison with my other hubs, that is.)
I find it strange how FreyaKraft is purportedly studying German literature at Semmelweis University, when Semmelweis University is a medical school in Budapest, Hungary.

Hi EveryoneI guess it's not only my problem but for some other hubbers too, how do you encourage visitors to leave a comment on your Hub, or give some sort of feedback.I am getting some traffic to my Hubs, but for some reason I am still not receiving any constructive feedback, either good or...

Prompted by a comment in another thread, I thought it would be useful to perhaps slightly change the way that we commonly think about changes to hub scores, hubber scores and the like. Rather than see them as a judgement on us or our quality of writing, we can use these scores and other tools to...

Billybuc did a hub about how to get more comments. That prompted me to take a look at my stats to see how I was doing. After about 6 1/2 months, I have 9000 views and 1026 comments. Since about half of the comments are mine, I have a comment rate of 5-6%. I don't know if that is good or...

I'd like to suggest we get rid of Hubber Score - and perhaps even Hub Scores. They:- are constantly misunderstood;- cause a lot of upset and grief in the forums; and- encourage newbie Hubbers to direct their efforts in entirely wrong directionsFor instance, I've known newbie Hubbers stop...

Possibly I overlooked the answer to this question in the forums, but I have noticed over the past three weeks at least, a significant drop of at least half of my traffic views during this period. And of course a significant drop in my earnings. Are other writers in the community...
