While it's always a good idea to find a suitable teacher in your area, you can always take advantage of the hundreds, if not thousands of free guitar lessons on YouTube.  You might even find lessons offered by lefties.  Good Luck in your search.

Obtain a guitar, left handed in your case.
Chord dictionaries can be found on the net....
    Learn finger positions....
Practice moving from one chord to another....
    Practice... practice... practice...

Hi - even if you don't have spare cash for lessons, take a couple to get started - and try playing right-handed first. Youtube is awash with lessons, and chordie.com will have any songs you like. I've got 100 or so hubs, you can ask questions there too. Don't give up!

the best way to learn guitar is with a GOOD teacher.  although if you can't afford it then it might not be the best way for you.  a lot of teachers will be happy to give fortnightly or even monthly lessons if you're short of cash.  you just have to be disciplined about practicing regularly between lessons.

there's no shortage of private study material if you want to go down that route.

I was unaware that there are many guitar lessons in youtube. When I started playing I had a few lessons, and found chord books useful but the thing that encouraged me the most was that I had a friend who learned with me. Perhaps you could ask a friend to get a guitar!
