After publishing an article on Hubpages, can we then publish the exact same article somewhere else?

After publishing an article on Hubpages, are we allowed to then publish the exact same article on our Blog/ Website/ other websites without infringing on Hubpage rules? I know that Hubs should be original, and in this sense the articles written are original. But I then want to post these articles elsewhere on the internet. Is this allowed, without corrupting my original hubs?

You can do Kathleen, but you have to remove it from Hubpages first. So that means that it can appear on Hubpages for as little or as long as you like and then you have to take it off before putting it up somewhere else. It can't appear on more than one site at a time.

George is right-- you own the contents of your hub completely and absolutely, but, while it's on Hubpages, it MUST be unique.

I do not think it is. Hubpages is very strict about original content in all hubs.

It's not that difficult to modify your article though, so take what you have put into your hub and rewrite it enough that it is unique and different from the article you posted in your hub.

Better to play it safe both with Hubpages and this will also help with Google.

@georgethegent Thanks! I was not aware of that. Just take it off hubpages or modify it.

I don;t how feasible is it, but I've published my Hub pages articles on other sites too..successfully.

I guess, you need to wait for 48-72 hours for the Hub to stay on Hub pages. Then, post the same somewhere else. It worked for me...
