Which Elderscrolls game do you like the best? Skyrim, Oblivion, or Morrowind?

What makes your choice the best of the three?

Morrowind is by far the best, it has better atmosphere, better story, better gameplay, better everything.

I used to enjoy Morrowind more than the other, but know with Skyrim coming out with a patch for Kinect Intergration where you can say more than 250 voice commands, I think Skyrim is going to become my favorite out of the series.

I'm in complete agreement with the other two answers: Morrowind.  It was my first Elder Scrolls game and it's always been my favorite.  Even with all the advances they've made in Skyrim, it doesn't have the atmosphere that Morrowind has.  I like Skyrim better than Oblivion,  but neither of them have made the connection that I felt with Morrowind.  Also, I think that Morrowind was much more challenging for me, so it felt like I had really accomplished something whenever I leveled, unlike Skyrim where you can just buy a ton of iron ore and leather and just make iron daggers all day and level up like crazy

That's a tough one. Oblivion is out. Morrowind takes me back to the original Xbox and hours upon hours of play time. The gameplay was great and the expansions were amazing too. Plus you can't beat standing in a corner, doing a soul trap spell to level up. Skyrim of course throws a wrench in the mix because it is a beautiful game with not too bad of a storyline. The only reason I will choose Skyrim is because of the new creatures and the side quests. Morrowind is great but you can't fight a Dragon in the game.

I would say Skyrim, but Morrowind was the king of it's day. Oblivion was a bad game, only fighter classes could make it far into the game.

Totally agree. I like the DOS versions a little more because they're classics but Morrowind definitely holds the crown. Sure Skyrim is amazing but Morrowind was a gem in its time.
