What is the best time to post an Hub in HubPages?

We often wonder how to get good traffic for our hubs immediately after the publication. So I want to know the answer for that

Depends where you are residing, if your target is USA readers, publish your hub when it is daytime there.

I think it's a lot less important when you publish, but that you maintain and update the Hub over time.  Here is an example.  I made this Hub http://pauledmondson.hubpages.com/hub/T … ecipe-Ever years ago.  But, each time I make one of the recipes I try and take new pictures and fill out the Hub more.  Month by month, year by year the Hub is improving.  Some day, you search for BBQ sauce recipe and this will be at the top:)

After running this site for nearly 9 years, it's the improvement over time that sets the really great Hubs apart.

You are correct Paul. But is it possible to edit very old hubs and make the viewers interested in that particular hub, as they would have been, when the hub was written?

Anytime is fine pretty much. For the first 24 hours it is pretty much Hubber dependent. That will be affected by individual hubber participation habits - the HubPages Editor email announcing new hubs for followers and topics, when a hubber is on HP,  time zones, and their HubPages feed.

For Google readership it must pass the QAP, be indexed by Google, and then it is ranked for search engine results. So, of importance would be what Paul suggested. Have a Green article, which will be relevant over a long time period.

QAP = Quality Assessment Program. Per your comment to Paul's comment it is 'Yes' it is possible to update an article with a more relevant title, editing text, removing non-essential capsules, or adding capsules.

In my opinion it does not matter when you will publish the content. However, I believe if your content is of good quality and informative, in addition to that you used proper tags then traffic will definetly drives towards your hub page.
