Hello folks,
One of my article https://hubpages.com/sports/How-to-Play … ners-Guide has been moved to the editor's queue. I don't know when this will be edited.
I have made many changes and updated it. But I'd like to to get your opinion on how can I improve this.
Thank you all.
That's a damn good hub ![]()
As someone who hasn't a clue about cricket, it's about time someone wrote a guide for dummies. Great idea.
Don't edit it at all if it is in the editor's queue. Just wait. Sometimes they can take a couple of weeks. You may be asked to remove those bullet points next to the sub-titles - they offset the title and look a bit weird.
Bev, good to hear that from you.
I have as much as seven hubs in the editor's queue from more than three months. I believe with the new editors they will get to the queue sooner.
Thanks for your opinion.
I have no idea how to play this game since I am from a football country (Brazil). The hub tells me what I need to get together, but it was not until the bottom that I found a short section on how to play your first cricket game. If this were my hub, I would rearrange it (and rewrite that section a little bit) so that it would seem worth my time to get all of this stuff together and play a game.
Interesting material, and well written.
edit: I just read your basic introduction to cricket. Maybe you can just retitle this article so that it reflects what materials you need to go out and buy, not that it is "How to play cricket".

I've noticed that I keep seeing HOTDs that fit the niche sites yet weren't chosen for the niche sites because they still have HubPages URLs. Why not save some time in the selection process for the niche sites and mine all the recent HOTDs and all of the Editor's Choice hubs for use on the niche...

I noticed a huge spike in my earnings, and it prompted me to take a look at my account for the first time in ages. (embarrassed to say that I got complacent and stopped actively hubbing once I started getting about $1 per day)Turns out I'd gotten Editor's Choice on one of my hubs. My...

I was really excited when some of my hubs were awarded Editor's Choice, but it seemed to make little difference to number of page views to those hubs. However, getting two HOTD has been great! One of my HOTD was also an Editor's Choice and one wasn't. Both got huge spikes in views from HP but not a...

There may be one good use of the new "Related Discussions" feature appearing at the bottom of forum threads. For example, on the topic of Editor's Choice hubs:TripleFitness said 3 months ago:"If you start losing traffic today, it's very likely due to damage that occurred 2 or 3...

I had a hub that was receiving around 1,300-1,500 views per day. It was chosen as Editor's Choice. It then dropped by about 1,000 views per day. I opted out of the program, but that hub is no longer showing in Google for the keywords that brought it all the traffic before EC messed it up. How can I...

So I'm replying to a comment on my hub and upon scrolling through the hub (I always check for errors or how I can improve), I see the related hubs section. There are five hubs there including one of mine. What immediately got my attention is that the other four hubs has "editors choice"...
