Forza Motorsport 3 tips and strategies

Updated on November 4, 2009

Forza Motorsport 3

Forza Motorsport 3 is the latest game from the Forza Motor sport series for the xbox. Not only does it come with outstanding graphics, brilliant soundtrack and great gameplay, but it can also prove to be a bit of a challenge when you are trying to get every achievement and beat all your friends scores or if you are trying to get to the top of the leader-boards.This is where my hub on the various tips and tricks you can use to get there, having spent many, many hours playing this game and racing on every track and with every vehicle i think i can point you in the right direction. From what vehicles are better, to which tactics you can use to earn more credits and quickly.

Forza Motorsport 3

Quick Cash!!!

If you have read the title and are waiting with baited breath as i proceed to tell you the wonders that will behold you with the secret of unlocking quick cash, then breath please, because there is no quick way to get cash, there are QUICKER ways but they still take quite some time,The easiest way is if you have a modicum of design talent and creativity then you can create the most wondrous designs for your vehicle and then upload them to your store and sell them, for example i spent an hour or so designing a British police car design for my BMW 5 series,i copied it from pictures on the web and uploaded it to the store, after a few days i had sold 323 of the designs and at a fee of 5000 credits, that's 1.6million credits for me,ta very much,do this with a few designs and your laughing.Failing that you can also upload your own tuning files for people to add to their cars to make them handle better or go faster. The world is your oyster. One last way is when you are racing try your best to turn off all the aids such as traction control or abs etc as this gives you extra money and skill points.

Fastest Vehicles

The fastest vehicles does depend on how you tune them but to name a few,you are looking at Nissan skyline,Bugatti Veyron,Dodge Viper, these are three of the fastest and most tunable vehicles in the game and before you come back with some of your own im aware that there are more its just these three are my favourites.Buy them, win them and tune and customise them you wont regret it.

Tune!!!

Whatever vehicle you buy in the game you can tune and customise it to your hearts content, the best way to do this if you are a beginner is to tinker with the tuning whilst reading and copying what the forza onscreen help tells you. Then when you have finished go to benchmark and it will tell you what your readouts are. Then test drive until you are satisfied.

The Drift Achievement

I have had a lot of my friends ask me about this, complaining that it is a really hard achievement in comparison to the others which are quite easy.Well if your a beginner you need to go to free play, quick race then pick a car,i suggest the last Mitsubishi evolution on the right hand side, its a fully rally spec version with a nice slippery back end. Then choose the fujimii kaido full track which is 10 miles long and has some of the best and most plentiful corners in the game,Then let all the other cars pass you,now hit left on the keypad to activate drift then slide away, you will need to drift a bit on the straights as well as around the corners.

Quality game! Wish I just had more time to play on it, instead of actually remapping other cars

The thing I like about forza 3 is how long the game is. Its been a while since I played it, but I think I should go back.
