Fun Crafty Idea for Kids Using Craft Sticks
Materials
The great thing about this wonderful idea is there are only two things you need. The first is little circle velcro stickers. I found these in the dewing isle at my local Walmart. They are only about $4 for 20 of them and, after I made mine I realized, 20 is all you need. The second item is jumbo crafts sticks. You do not want the thinner popsicle sticks. The jumbo crafts sticks are about double the size of ordinary popsicle sticks and they work better because they are thicker and will break as easy. Plus, the velcro stickers are the perfect size to stick on the jumbo crafts sticks.
Step One: Velcro Sticker Placement
Put one of each velcro side on opposite ends of the craft stick. This makes it easier when the kids are playing with the sticks because they won't always be looking for the sticks that stick together.

It's fun for children of most ages and helps with their creativity and manipulation skills.
