Magnet Warriors
What Are The Magnet Warriors
The magnet warriors are a group of Normal Monster Cards in Yugioh before the GX anime that could combine together to form the strongest Level 8 monster in the game. There are 3 magnet warriors that merge together to form 1 super monster, but no Polymerization is necessary. The magnet warriors can still be used today to easily play an awesome monster that many would want to have. The 3 magnet warriors are known as Alpha The Magnet Warrior, Gamma The Magnet Warrior, and Beta The Magnet Warrior. These three monsters work better together than alone.
Alpha The Magnet Warrior
Alpha The Magnet Warrior is a Level 4 monster with 1400 ATK and 1700 DEF that can meld with Beta and Gamma to form a strong monster. Out of all 3 of the magnet warriors, Alpha The Magnet Warrior has the lowest ATK, but its high DEF makes Alpha a formidable match for other Level 4 monsters.

Gamma The Magnet Warrior
Gamma The Magnet Warrior is a Level 4 monster with 1500 ATK and 1800 DEF that can meld with Alpha and Beta to form the strongest Level 8 monster in the game. Out of all of the 3 magnet warriors, Gamma has the highest DEF which is at 1800. Gamma also has 1500 ATK which makes it able to destroy most Level 3 and some Level 4 monsters.
Beta The Magnet Warrior
Beta The Magnet Warrior is a Level 4 monster with 1700 ATK and 1600 DEF which can meld with Alpha and Gamma to form the strongest Level 8 monster in the game. Out of all of the magnet warriors, Beta has the lowest DEF at 1600 which isn't bad, but at the same time, Beta has the highest ATK at 1700. Beta's ATK and DEF are almost identical with only a 100 point difference unlike the other magnet warriors whose ATK and DEF have a 300 point difference.

Valkyrion The Magna Warrior
Valkyrion The Magna Warrior is the strongest Level 8 monster in the game with 3500 ATK and 3850 DEF. Valkyrion The Magna Warrior cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, but Valkyrion The Magna Warrior can be Special Summoned by Tributing the 3 magnet warriors (Alpha, Beta, and Gamma) from your hand or on your side of the field. Valkyrion The Magna Warrior cannot be Special Summoned in any other way. You can Tribute Valkyrion The Magna Warrior to Special Summon the 3 magnet warriors from your Graveyard.
More About Valkyrion The Magna Warrior
If Valkyrion The Magna Warrior is Special Summoned appropriately by its own effect and sent to the Graveyard, it can be Special Summoned by cards like Monster Reborn since it was already Special Summoned by its effect.
Strategies For The Magnets
The magnet warriors meld together to form Valkyrion The Magna Warrior, but Alpha, Beta, and Gamma must be in your hand or on your side of the field at the same time while Valkyrion The Magna Warrior must be in your hand too. I want to show you some strategies and cards that can help you assemble all of the magnets together. It is hard to get Alpha The Magnet Warrior, Beta The Magnet Warrior, and Gamma The Magnet Warrior as well as Valkyrion The Magna Warrior to your hand or on your side of the field at the same time, but I'll show you the best methods to use.
Strategy #1
Sometimes, every victory in a duel starts in the Graveyard. How is that possible for the magnet warriors? There is a Spell Card called Painful Choice which allows you to reveal 5 cards to your opponent. Your opponent selects 1 card, and the selected card goes to your hand while everything else goes to the Graveyard. You can use Painful Choice to send the magnet warriors to your Graveyard (however, don't use Painful Choice in a tournament). However, you can search your Deck to see how many Draw Phases will be left until you draw Valkyrion The Magna Warrior. If there are only 2 cards other than Valkyrion The Magna Warrior on the top of your Deck, select those 2 cards as well as the other 3 magnet warriors. Your opponent selects 1 of those cards, and the rest go to the Graveyard. Then, you can use Dark Factory of Mass Production to return 2 Normal Monsters from your Graveyard to your hand. Since all of the magnet warriors (not Valkyrion The Magna Warrior) are Normal Monsters, Dark Factory of Mass Production comes in handy. Finally, if you have any cards in your hand other than the magnet warriors, you can use A Feather From The Phoenix. Return the last magnet warrior from your Graveyard to the top of your Deck by discarding 1 card from your hand. As long as you get Valkyrion The Magna Warrior, Beta The Magnet Warrior, and another magnet warrior as well because you can use a card like Sangan to bring the last magnet warrior to your hand. Then, you can play Valkyrion The Magna Warrior.
