Vegan 1 Minute Healthy Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 Big Handfuls Spinach
- 1 Big Handful Kale
- 2 Bananas, Chopped
- 1 Orange, Chopped
- 1/2 a cup Water
- 100g Cucumber, Chopped
- 5 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- First step is to blend the Spinach, Kale, Water, Orange and Ice together.
- Next Step, add all the other ingredients in and blend!
Substitutional Ingredients You Could Possibly Add:
- 2 Figs
- Handful of chopped strawberries
- Pineapple
- More water instead of the orange [fill up to max line in the image above]
Green Smoothie > Green Yogurt
You could make your green smoothie into a green yogurt by adding avocados, blueberries and a lot less water. Adding a sprinkle of chia seeds and sunflower seeds, will make this breakfast even yummier and healthier!
