This is a simple diet plan that will help everyone control their weight and help you lose! By using this diet plans and the following tips, I will do my best to help you out! For starters special K is not sponsoring me by any means of all the opinions are my own. The following article is about my diet and what works for me, and the tips I am giving also let me see results to keep the weight off.

Every morning I wake up and have one bowl of Chocolaty Delight Special K cereal with fat free milk. By doing this I get my chocolate that I always want but also keep the weight off. How do you do this? Well my cereal uses dark chocolate instead of milk. Dark chocolate is good for your heart and mind, it has many benefits. Doctors and nurses have always told me to eat a little bit of dark chocolate a day. While eating this delicious and healthy cereal I get to have a little bit of chocolate so all of my cravings are gone. So forget the candy bars that are high in fat and calories and just buy a box of this cereal. All of the Special K cereals are healthy and delicious, so I would suggest eating a bowl of cereal. Eat your cereal with low fat or fat free milk, so you cut down even more calories! Also to complete your breakfast have an egg and a piece of whole wheat toast with some peanut butter. The peanut butter and egg will give you protein which helps you stay fuller longer, which is a key in weight loss. Remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day so keep it full of proteins and healthy foods.

Before lunch I always like to eat a light snack to keep my metabolism going. Even if you are not very hungry I still would recommend eating small and healthy snacks throughout the day. My favorite snacks are: Sun Maid Fruit Bits, celery and peanut butter, cheese sticks, sometimes even a small protein shake. Snacks will also help keep you full while you’re waiting for your lunch break. Water is another great way to keep full, drink water all day every day. Water keeps you full and focused for the day, drinking eight 8oz of water a day will give you just the right amount you need. If you like to work out I suggest drinking even more because you using up more water than others who don’t.

Lunch is another important meal, many people skip lunch which is a big NO! Skipping meals will greatly decrease your metabolism, you need to eat so you can keep that running. Many people who decide to skip meals think it’s a good thing, because they aren’t eating..well there wrong. You will see it is harder to keep off weight when you are skipping meals, so do it the right way and eat your meals! For lunch a great meal is a protein shake, I enjoy drinking the Special K chocolate protein shake. It is very filling and if your on the go, then it will be the best option for you. I also like to have chicken breasts for lunch they are very filling and healthy, I would recommend eating a type of vegetable and fruit with both of these meals. Both meals are healthy but not good enough to be complete on their own. Always add fruits and veggies to your meals!

Dinner should be a small sized meal, not as big as breakfast of course. I would recommend fish fillets with a whole grain bread and a vegetable. This meal is my typical dinner; it has protein, whole grains, and vegetables. If you don’t really get to eat dinner or you aren’t home I would suggest you eat a protein bar. You can bring protein bars in your purse or pockets; they are small and easy to take with you. If you are trying to lose weight I suggest not eating after seven, if you start to feel hungry drink a glass of water. Eating late at night will not help at all with losing weight, if you constantly do it, it will lead to weight gain. After drinking water if you still feel hungry, eat something small like a couple strawberries to help with the cravings. My last tip for weight loss and to see results in dieting is exercise at least three to four times a week. Every time I go to the gym I am always doing cardio, I like to walk on the treadmill with the highest incline. Walking on a high incline will get those calories burned fast! So workout as much as you can, and you can watch those pounds burn off! Thanks so much for reading and I hope you enjoyedJ
