So in order to prevent such chronic diseases from entering your body, the best way is to do regular exercises under proper guidance. Exercising helps you in staying away from diseases and illness and makes your body more powerful and flexible.

Exercise alone would not be sufficient and you should follow a disciplined diet along with your daily exercise to make your body feel healthy and strong. You can take advice from any experienced dietician and he can help you in following a good diet that can go along with your exercise patterns. This will help you to take food items that are helpful to your body and stay away from those that are harmful for your health and body.

Once you make the diet and exercise a regular routine, then you could really start feeling the difference and the improvements that your body is undergoing. Regular exercise and proper diet would also make you feel young and dynamic. Those would do not follow exercise and diet would have the most chances of falling prey to lifelong diseases and other body issues. Even if you have no health issues after 30, you should start doing exercise and follow a strict diet pattern and this is applicable to either sex.

You should also keep a regular check on your body weight which would help you analyse the effectiveness of your exercise and diet routine. Also take a monthly medical check-up, which include blood sugar check, pressure checking etc. You can feel the advantages of your exercise routine when you compare yourself with a guy of the same age who is not having any exercise routines. You can feel yourself healthy when comparing with such a person and you can get an insight of the advantages of proper exercising and controlled diet systems.

So if you are aged 30 years or above and even if you don't have any serious health issues without doing any exercises, you should start doing now as it would help in preventing future health issues.

Great information on keeping our bodies working at full potential. I have been a power walker for years now and it's been not only good for my health but my attitude as well. If I'm feeling depressed, walking is my best anti-depressant.

Great hub and I agree! I walk and ride a bike miles and miles each week and eat plenty of veggies and fruits. Yes, people need to get more serious about their health! Voted up, up and away!
