Element: Am and Pm Yoga For Beginners

I highly recommend this DVD to anyone new to Yoga. There are two programs that are 30 minutes each. The Am program gets you ready to face your day by invigorating your body with poses that tone and also streamline your body. The Pm program relaxes your body and mind to help you get ready for a peaceful sleep by dissolving stress and lengthening and opening muscles.

The DVD is very easy and I find myself looking forward to both my Am and Pm sessions. Anyone can do this no matter what your fitness level is. There are no hard poses in this video, they are all simple and feel amazing.

After you master this DVD you will want to move up to a more advanced DVD, but this is the best place to start.
