Billy Blanks Tae bo

I have tried many, many different workouts and I have had phenomenal results with Billy Blanks. After just a week of working out to the Billy Blanks Taebo "Boot Camp" I saw drastic results ! My waist went down and well as my thighs, and butt. I only did the "Just getting started" DVD and have still not moved to the more advanced ones that came in the set I bought.

I would highly recommend Billy Blanks to anyone. I think the most frustrating thing with any sort of weight loss or exercise routine is not seeing results quickly. This tends to discourage us and then we usually give up.

When I did Billy, I did not change how I was eating. I did cut down on my evening snacking and cut down on soda's, but other than that I didn't do a big drastic change and still saw really good results !
