Bring It: P90X Day 72
Are you ready to sweat? P90X is an extreme workout created by Tony Horton that will have you soaking wet. Yep - that is right, this is the practice of DNA removal through means of sweating! P90X works off the conept of muscle confusion. The idea is to push yourself and keep changing it up. The combination is lethal to those flabby muscles and the stored fat cells. This will change your body.

Bring It
Today is Plyometrics - the extreme of all workouts - the way to jump higher than ever before. Sure - this workout is high-impact. Some might even say it was a little old-school, but it will get results. You will breathing heavy and wiping the sweat out of your eyes.
After 11 weeks, plyometrics is still difficult. I push play each week with no fail. This is a good thing though, because that means it is still working.
However, today I have other things on my mind. The holidays are right around the corner and I still have to get in the Christmas mood. I have 12 days left to finish my shopping and really just don't feel like doing it. So in attempt to get in the mood... join me for a Christmas carol!

On the first day of fitness my trainer gave to me....

On the fifth day of fitness my trainer gave to me.....
- 5 second hamstring stretch!!!!
- 4 muscle cramps
- 3 close pullups
- 2 jugs of water
- and an hour of torture you see
On the 6th day of fitness my trainer gave to me....
- 6 more situps
- 5 second hamstring stretch!!!!
- 4 muscle cramps
- 3 pullups
- 2 jugs of water

On the 7th day of fitness my trainer gave to me...
- 7 bicep curls
- 6 more situps

- 4 muscle stronger
- 3 pullups completed
