EXERCISE- RELEASE THE ENDORPHINS
This is a fantastic way to help fight off the ruinous and damaging effects of a broken heart. Simply...exercise. It's a marvellous way to blow away the cobwebs and to release those wonderful revitalising endorphins into your system. This releasing of endorphins will truly help you to move on and to step up to that new happiness level...to grab some of that happiness you so richly deserve after being subjected to the cruel twists of heartbreak. You can choose any way you so desire to get this valuable exercise.
Working out...swimming...running...participation in sports and games...gardening...walking....it all helps. Even doing the dreaded housework is exercise...so why not get on with the dusting and washing and sweeping and polishing...and actually gaining from it at the same time? Have fun...put some music on...dance your way around the front room as you vacuum up the fluff and grit that reminds you of the irritants left behind after a broken romance. Make your woes and concerns vanish as you clear the pathways for a new life and for fresh new ideas which are looking to come your way. Have a housework workout....it all helps...and you don't have to go mad. A brisk walk for half an hour will do you the world of wonders...much better than half an hour sat moping, slumped in front of a tv set pouring coffee down your throat.
Maybe you have friends who are into running, training, kick-boxing, dancing or whatever...and perhaps you can join them? Ask them. They might be glad of the company. Most of us have friends who have dogs...see if you can join them as they gambol in the park with their Jack Russells. Breathe in that fresh invigorating air...kick up the leaves and stretch those torpid tendons...it's a dog's life...take a bite of open-air abandonment. Make friends with the outside world instead of making that 9ft by 12ft room your stagnant little prison in which to pile on the pounds and to reflect upon your recent sadness. Give those muscles a little workout. It will be your gain...both emotionally and physically...and you'll very soon notice the differences between do-nothingness and beautiful animation. The exercise increases the serotonin activity and stimulates the chemicals in the brain...the ones that cultivate the growth of strong nerve cells. By taking control of your physical self you soon become the master of your own contentment.
