Practice Yoga Nidra for good Sleep

‘Nidra’ is the Sanskrit word for sleep. Though I do not suffer from Insomnia, I also have had trouble sleeping sometimes. During such times I find it very useful to practice ‘yoga nidra’ for inducing sleep and relaxation. This is a very powerful ancient meditation technique originated from the Tantras. Rather than me describing it, watch the video below for instructions by a Yoga Expert on how to do Yoga Nidra.
