I am a writer, an author, speaker. I talk about overcoming anxiety and depression, developing a confident mindset, and awakening.

Building a confident mindset is essential for the way you see the world, that's why it is very important to be realistic but confident at the same time. But sometimes building your confidence may seem hard to achieve, the good news is that you could do things to influence it and build your confidence easier.

Let's see some of the things you could do to build your confidence and keep it that way.

- This is something you must do, have awareness and see the world realistically around you the way it is as well.

- Being conscious about the events in your life and where you stand and what you're doing is mandatory, in order to build a better state of mind, you need to be in the real world and in connection with yourself first, so you could build better confidence levels;

- This applies for yourself and the others, you need to respect yourself first and then others, if you don't have respect for both then you will not be able to recognize and build your character the way it should be, your confidence requires respect;

- It sure can feel good to be a taker, but you need to be in the other role too so you can know how it is to be in the other shoes. Being a giver can increase your chances to be more self-conscious and confident.

But why is it so important to build confidence through awareness?

Because that's the right way to build your confidence and it'll stick with you. Awareness is something many people fail to achieve and so they suffer the consequences of that, being self-aware, self-conscious and achieving a healthy state of mind will give you the confidence you need to live and deal with this life.

Your confidence is your own responsibility

You're responsible for the way you feel and how you will take this life, so that's why it is your own responsibility of how will you build your confidence levels, no one can do that for you. You are in full control and that's good because you're not dependent. You can build your own confidence and display full control of yourself.

Summary

Believing in yourself through awareness and applying the state of consciousness to get what you want is a process you can achieve, but there are very essential things you will need to do. The control of your life is in your hands for good. To build your character in a healthy way, you can follow the steps above and be honest to yourself after all. There are many factors that could influence you for good or bad, but once you have the base of building your confidence, then you will cope with life way better. This life is yours and you should be self-aware and self-conscious otherwise you will be wasting years of your life. The confidence is within you, just awake it.
