Benefits of Cantaloupe

The fruit health of this melon is high of beta-carotene, folic acid, potassium, vitamin C and dietary fiber. Also cantaloupe is one of the few fruits that have a high level of vitamin B complex --B1, B3, B5, and B6. Cantaloupe is an excellent fruit in helping to prevent many diseases.   1. 2 bananas, 1 peach, 1 apple
  2. 4 ounces of 100% Orange juice
  3. 2 tablespoons of Oats
  4. 2 - 4 ice cubes

Now you have a fruit smoothie as part of your fruit health. (optional) To make a milk shake, mix in --1 cup of Dryer's Ice Cream (vanilla) with a spoon -- added to your fruit smoothie.

Eating fruit can be nutritious, fun, and tasty. Many desserts can be made with fruit, like: apple pie, lemon meringue pie, peach cobbler, banana pudding, and other tasty desserts. Another way to keep fruit in your regular diet is to keep a couple of diced fruit in a bowl, daily; sit the fruit bowl next to your computer while your online. Or you can chill the fruit bowl in your fridge, until you are ready for you're tasty dessert.
