This article is about my dieting experience, and the fastest way to burn fat without starving yourself to death. I will be updating my blog periodically with before and after pictures of my weight loss. I have achieved great healthy weight loss success with this special diet, and I want to share the news. I have found the best natural way of burning fat, a diet that works fast. Also in the videos I have posted I go into further detail about my weight loss and story.
I have been through many diet plans, looking for a way of losing a lot of weight (fat) as fast as possible. The quickest way possible, and Eureka! I have found it! This great diet, is safe to use and the fastest and best way of burning that unsightly fat. I am at the moment in the process of improving my physical health, and it has been a long and hard process. Here I will be speaking about the best and most effective diet plan I have ever done that is bringing me closer towards my dream of achieving weight (fat) loss success. It is about my experience with this amazing fat burning and obesity curing quick weight loss diet using a glycoprotein that is naturally produced by human body when we fast, or when a woman is pregnant.
As of today, my quick weight loss and more importantly fat weight loss on this diet plan have been great. I would like to share my experience with all of you in hopes of helping just one person who has experienced the suffering hand of obesity as I have.

Growing up overweight, my Mother and Grandmother spent countless hours looking for the most effective and promising weight loss diet/plan out there, and not only did they put all of this effort into my obesity problem but, they spent thousands of dollars in search of my happiness. Therefore, I can say that I have tried many diet plans, if not just about all of them and so far, this last one has been the only one that has given me such amazing results so quickly. On my own before giving this diet a go I had lost 150 LBS with proper nutrition and exercise. With the other diets, I achieved limited success and regained all of the lost weight and then some within a few months of discontinuing the other plans. In the past my before and after weight loss pictures would reverse themselves where my before pictures would become my after pics and my after weight loss pictures would become my before.
I know how it feels to try many diets and have none of them succeed; when I first started my weight loss journey, I was tipping the scales at nearly 500 lbs! Quiet possibly I was near the 520-550 mark. It took me about two years to lose two hundred pounds on my own with dieting and exercise, it was not an easy feat, and after all that work my weight went back up to 324 lbs. and leveled off around there. With my current diet plan, I have lost the same amount of weight that would have taken me about three months to lose on the previous diet and exercise routine.

The human body essentially has three types of stored fat:
1) Structural fat –This type of fat is necessary in the giving of support to all the organs.
2) Normal fat – Fat that is stored as a reserve of fuel to be used when the intestinal tract’s supply of nutrients is insufficient.
3) Excess/Stored fat - unwanted, unsightly, and dangerous

I have spent hours upon hours scouring the world wide web in search of that miracle cure for the obesity that has plagued my life and a few of my family members. Of course there are many diet plans out there, I have tried them all, and have had minimal results.
After many years of praying, the time was right for me to see the fruit of my sowing begin to ripen and I began to harvest its sweetness. One day my Mother came home with the great news of her finding a guaranteed way for me to lose all of the body fat I have. Right away, my skeptical nature surfaced, and doubt flooded my mind screaming this might be too good to be true. So right away, I grabbed my netbook and began to do some in depth research regarding this life changing news.

With so many scams, over rated diet plans and false claims floating about in this small world something of this nature is what doubt uses to build a foundation in our minds. From birth, we are taught to doubt the unbelievable and then we are taught to believe the impossible to be possible. So naturally, when anyone hears news about a sure fire way of losing up to a pound of fat a day we automatically assume the claim to be false and at the very same time, we hope that is truth.
A couple weeks later after doing some research, I made the decision to go down to the clinic and try it out. I started the diet plan on July 27; I figured why not one more failed diet will not hurt me. As soon as I left the clinic, I promptly began to study and examine the booklet and meal plan sheet.
After reading the supplied materials, I thought to myself
"How am I supposed to be full after eating an apple for breakfast?”
After a few weeks of being on the diet plan, the results I have been able to achieve have left me floored. Not only have I lost weight but also I have lost a ton of inches. Compared to every diet I have ever tried this is the way to lose weight.

The Best Way To Lose Weight
Even though I have lost a considerable amount of weight and several inches, I still feel as if I have lost none. I have slimmed down a lot, I recognize it, but it is hard for me to see. Every time I put any of my clothes on I feel like I'm wearing bed sheets. I still felt like I have not changed much, not until I took these photos and the image of the amount of fat I have lost started to appeared a little bit clearer.

I have to admit that the first few weeks were hard, I had to learn that I do not need to eat until I am gut busting full, and the hardest thing of all for me was to not eat bread and rice! Nevertheless, thank GOD who strengthens me I was able to make it through that time of adjustment. My starting weight was 331 and as of this day September 12, 2010 I have lost a total of forty-two pounds and counting,
Before my weight Loss I was a size 3XL t-shirt and now after the weight loss I am a size XL. My waist size went from a forty-four to a forty. I have never seen fast results like this with any of the other diets, and believe me I just about tried them all, but this diet really works. I can say with all confidence that my last diet plan was not one of those dead end diets, but to each their own. It is the fastest way to burn fat within a short length of time.
This is a weight loss diet that really works. For me it is the best way to lose weight.
Even though the diet is very strict with the foods you can eat and the portions at mealtime, it does not feel like your starving your self. Once you get used to it and if you have a small amount of culinary skills paired with your imagination then you will be able to come up with some pretty tasty recipes.
After the third week the menu became boring but with the help of the spice rack and my great imagination I have come up with some great recipes, like my soon to be world famous Cinnamon Garlic Chicken, hmmm hmmmmm good stuff. It has not been an easy road, but as the Doctor said to me, “Ralf its only for fifty-one days” she's right. The hard road is the road best followed; at the end of it, your reward is greater.
This is my miracle cure for obesity, the best and fastest way to burn fat.
