Health Care Unveiled

Updated on April 28, 2010

Restriction, not Freedom

As our wonderful health care bill gets signed, I can't help but wonder what will happen to our freedom? Is there any end to the government's reach into our lives? How will someone like me who uses natural medicine survive?

The first question is easy to answer. We will lose freedom. There were health freedoms being taken from us daily. Now they will soon be all gone. The government wants me to buy insurance, take their poisonous vaccines, eat their poisonous oil-based drugs, and lay down and die. I have no idea how I will be allowed to continue to be proactive in my own health management when they keep trying to do it for me, and taking the option for me to do so myself away from me.

The end of the government's reach into my own body has just found it's end. It is right through me, and on to the other side. I have to buy health care insurance that does nothing at all to promote health. It won't cover chiropractic, acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutritional healing, or running shoes to promote my cardiovascular health.

The bill does nothing to promote health. It does a lot for disease management. You see, there is not money in cures. That is why the drug companies lobbied FOR this bill. they know that people covered by health insurance can be convinced by their doctors that they need pharmacuetical drugs. They want everyone on them. They want YOU on them too.

The bill was lobbied heavily also by the insurance companies. That is why we all have to buy insurance. If you can't afford it, the government will subsidizes it for you. The government wants you on drugs too. We as a population are easier to control when we're doped up. We'll believe them, we'll be less healthy, and less likely to be outside where there is no TV for them to hypnotize us. they want us sick, lazy, inside watching TV. They don't want you reading this. Close out this web page, and goto Hulu.com and watch the miracle worker Dr. House. The show is a ploy to make you think if you just had health care, Dr. House will walk in to the intensive care center and save your life. This is just not true. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The health care bill does none of that.

Since I have to buy insurance I will have less money. I can get a middle of the road policy for around $500 a month. If I just took that money and bought good healthy food, and a pair of running shoes, some swim trunks, I'd not only not need the doctor the insurance would get me, I'd feel much better. In fact I do feel much better. Take away my organic food, my running shoes, and herbal medicine, I'll need a doctor, which I haven't needed in at least 5 years. It's been so long I can't remember.
