Advantages of Juicing

Drinking a vegetable juice or a fruit juice is more popular now these days than ever before. Juicing your fruits and vegetables is a quicker way to get the healthy nutrients you need in less time. There are many advantages of juicing fruits and vegetables. Many people have realized that drinking healthy juices is more convenient and nutritious. You can convert just about any vegetable or fruit into a juice. It is the easier approach to getting natural vitamins and minerals. These days many individuals are suffering from malnutrition, due to lack of fruits and vegetables.

There are so many vitamins in fruits and vegetable that assists in fighting off unwanted illnesses, mental problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and weight gain. Why would anyone drink their vegetables or fruit? Because it is the faster way to get all the necessary nutrients that you need; rather than actually eating 3 tomatoes or 10 carrots in one single serving, you can convert the 3 tomatoes or 10 carrots into a tasty drink. It's a great feeling when you know you are treating your body and mind right.

Also drinking healthy drinks can be a life style for the whole family. What makes a sharp mind-set and a youthful vibrant body? That's right, consuming healthy vegetables and fruit in a juice form. But don't forget exercising for only 5-10 minutes every day, walking is the most common exercise, even if your just walking- in-place in your living room.

Tomato Juice

Some tomato juices can have added ingredients like pepper, salt, garlic, and onion for more flavor. Tomato juice is also high in antioxidant lycopene, which is known to combat against prostate cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, and coronary artery diseases. Did you know that drinking 1/3 cup of grapefruit juice before bed can assist with weight loss? Grapefruit is known for being one of the major sources for helping to burn much fat.

Drinking grapefruit juice regularly can prevent many illnesses, such as:

  • rheumatoid arthritis

  • impurities in the intestines

Consuming healthy juices can prevent malnutrition. There are many reasons for not having the proper nutrients in a regular diet. Individuals that have malnutrition problems are either nutrient deficient, starving, in poverty, or had a natural disaster. Malnutrition is very common in other countries. Being deficient of nutrients causes a weak immune system, which makes it easier for a person to get sick. Most malnutrition damage can be reversed by taking in a balanced amount of fruits and vegetables. Produce is loaded full of natural vitamins and minerals, which makes it have more advantages of juicing.

The citrus fruit added to the iron helps to absorb better in your body. The advantages of juicing spinach; has a laxative effect and it is great for individuals with digestive problems. Mangos can be used to make smoothies, juices, and ice cream. This delicious juice is one of the many tropical fruits, and is an antioxidant, very high in vitamin C, has dietary minerals, and has B vitamins.

The benefits of mango juice; can assist with:

Bottoms Up

Having lunch doesn't always have to be something you eat or chew, lunch can be a healthy drink. Also, juicing your vegetables and fruits is fun, just experimenting with different flavors and taste of juicing is always fun. Juicing your fruits and vegetable can lead to something more exciting such as reversing your real age and maintaining healthy inner organs.

Juicing for Toddlers

Advantages of juicing for toddlers; better digestive track, natural vitamins in their diet, stronger bones, healthier skin, healthier hair and eyes. Just add the tasty juice to the baby's bottle or sippy cup, you may or may not want the pulp of the juice. Juicing can be for breakfast, lunch, snack and/or dinner. So . . . grab a cup of a healthy nutrient drink, and make a toast with a friend. Bottoms up what's in your cup?

I had no idea that grape juice had THAT many beneficial side effects. I mean, I knew it was healthy but I had no idea about some of that stuff like prostate cancer. All I ever drink is water really. Maybe I should consider adding some natural fresh squeezed juice to my diet. Nothing store bought tho, cause they cram all that stuff with poison.

I love my champion juicer. I always have fresh juice in the morning and don't start solid food until later in the day. They are an excellent source of enzymes.

Hi Lilian1 and Mib, thanks for your comments. And Mib I agree, when working at home an individual will work more than 8 hours a day (but it has to be done). But when it's time to have fun play hard and safe. Peace

Another great HUB! It just dawned on me that I could be clicking the Facebook "like" button in addition to making comments. (Forgive me. I'm slow but I catch on eventually.) I'm going to go over other HUBs by my favorite writers like you and "like" them. IT'S FRIDAY! Friday is my unofficial GOOFY DAY. Not my goof off day. That's not the same thing. I used to work for the feds and really stressed during the week. When you stress a lot the job can get rough. So I declared Friday as my unofficial GOOFY DAY when I slow down a bit, still get my work done, but take the time to explore and learn new things, laugh, and enjoy working. You're at work 8 hours a day. You gotta learn to enjoy it! I work at home now (way more than 8 hours a day) but I still take time to be GOOFY!! It's fun not being serious. Have a great day!
